Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026.

Cohyve helps creators discover potential collaborators. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We do not request or store your social-platform passwords. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, analyse channels, recommend and explain collaborator matches, generate requested outreach drafts, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud processing; Google automated analysis services for requested analysis and drafting; and supported social-platform APIs and public pages for creator data. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may review connected channels in the app and request deletion at any time. You may also manage Google permissions through your Google Account.

Account deletion

Open Settings → Delete account to delete your account and associated user data. You may also contact support@cohyve.app from your account email to request deletion.

Children

Cohyve is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@cohyve.app.
