Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful creator discovery, evaluation, and outreach. You may not misuse the service, access it through unauthorized automation, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive messages, or violate another platform's terms or anyone's rights.

Recommendations and generated content

Matches, scores, rationales, and outreach drafts are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated content before using it. You are responsible for partnership decisions, messages, disclosures, contracts, and compliance with advertising and platform rules.

Third-party services

The service links to and uses third-party platforms. We do not control their availability, content, or policies, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

Cohyve and its software, design, and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and operate the service.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create legal, security, or abuse risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee particular matches, responses, partnerships, revenue, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
